Snow was falling again Thursday morning after Chicago had already received more than 18 inches of snow earlier in the week.
Wes Kinard, a Loyola University Chicago junior, toured the Lake Shore Campus in Rogers Park Wednesday to capture these images of a snow-bound campus.

The good news is that the long-term weather outlook will improve in Chicago.
The National Weather Service forecasts that snow will taper off later Thursday, followed by a brief cold snap Friday. Temperatures will rise Saturday, followed by more snow Sunday. But temperatures will rise above freezing next week.
