The US Navy’s popular Blue Angels flying team will roar through the skies of Chicago Tuesday, May 12, to honor the work of first responders during the coronavirus outbreak.
Rogers Park and Edgewater will, not surprisingly, get a front row seat for part of the display, which will start with a run straight up the lakefront, looping out over the lake at the Evanston line before heading inland. The show will begin at 11:45 a.m., concluding at 12 noon.
The show is part of a three-city tour Tuesday that also include Detroit and Indianapolis.
