Man Stabbed Near Howard Red Line Stop

A man was stabbed in the chest while standing at the 7600 block of North Paulina at 1:24 a.m. Tuesday, according to Chicago Police.

The 54-year-old, black male then got on a southbound Red Line train and rode for two stops, police said. He was found, still conscious, at the Morse stop and was taken to St. Francis Hospital in critical condition. 

The case is still under investigation with no offender and no one in custody.
