Chicago police are looking for a man they say followed a woman home from the Morse Red Line stop early Tuesday morning, and sexually assaulted her in her building.
Police say the female victim was followed by an unknown male offender after she got off a train at approximately 1:30 a.m.. The male offender followed the victim into her building where he attacked and sexually assaulted her, according to the police community alert.
The alleged offender was described a male, in his 20s, between 5’07” and 5’10” with a skinny athletic build, a short black fade haircut. He was wearing a black leather jacket with “Tin Cup” on upper right sleeve, a long white sleeve shirt, black pants, black socks with gray heels, and light brown suede dress shoes. The offender was carrying an oversized red/maroon backpack, according to police.
Police also released an image from surveillance cameras of the person believed to be the alleged offender.
