A Loyola University Chicago student had her mobile phone stolen early Monday by a group of men who approached her south of the campus in Rogers Park, according to the university’s Campus Safety department.
The female student was near the intersection of West Rosemont Avenue and North Winthrop Avenue at about 12:50 a..m. Monday when she was approached by three men, Campus Safety reports.
The men threatened the student and stole her cell phone before fleeing down an alley, according to Campus Safety.
Campus Safety said it is working with the Chicago Police Department on the investigation.
